Next Pathway - A Canada based Cloud Migration Firm which is building products that allows seamless and automated cloud migration for the data industry. In order to expand, Next Pathway was building their offshore delivery centre in Pune, India and was looking to build their initial team of best data engineers highly skilled in Pyspark, Snowflake, Synapse, ADF etc.
Where U Elevate team worked with Next Pathway India team to help them hire best data engineers in a span of 4 weeks hiring hackathon campaign in August 2022. The campaign attracted 200+ data engineers across India and they went through thorough screening where 100+ were shortlisted and participated in a 15 hour hackathon to solve a complex data engineering problem.
