2017
The Beginning (Internity Foundation)
While working full-time jobs, we started Internity Foundation – driven by a simple belief: education should lead to capability.
Introduced structured remote internships before they were mainstream
Built a coach-led, practical learning model
Enabled students to work on live industry projects
Focused on making students industry-ready during college itself
2018
Expanding Access to Innovation
Launched one of India's earliest remote, volunteer-driven hackathons
Enabled participation beyond geography
Strengthened our belief in accessible innovation
2019
From Learning to Building
Conducted a large-scale in-person innovation hackathon (~200 participants)
Multiple ideas were incubated and taken forward
Students transitioned into real-world opportunities
10,000+ students graduated within 2.5 years
Students secured better roles and higher packages
Built outcomes without promising placements

HackCovid
A nationwide online hackathon during the pandemic
Students built real-time dashboards and AI-driven solutions
Selected solutions were implemented by various government ministries in India
Tech4Heritage
Focused on AI-driven heritage preservation

Supported by the Ministry of Culture
This phase proved:
Students, when guided right, can solve real national problems– not just assignments.
We also deployed around 200+ interns to Sapio team who was the partner company for Tech4Heritage which in turn led the birth of hiring in our model.
2021
Transition & Evolution
This phase focused on refining the model and expanding scope.

2022
DecodEV (Where U Elevate)
Conducted DecodEV, an in-person innovation hackathon under Where U Elevate.
Focused on Electric Vehicles (EV) and AI-driven solutions
