LTIMindtree's Next-Gen Data Product Suite - Fosfor was expanding their technology team and was aggressively hiring top experienced developers in Devops, React.js and Java in order to expand their product suite and serve new customers in the Data domain.
The positions were open for a long time and looking at the business need, they wanted to hire 10+ experienced developers in frontend, backend and Devops skill sets.
Where U Elevate Team worked with the LTIMindtree Talent Team to conduct a hiring hackathon campaign in July, 2022 to attract top talent in these skill set with a problem based online hiring hackathon ‘Fosfor Code-a-thon’ where for 15 hours, the participants were given a problem statement to solve and in parallel, the LTIMindtree team was interviewing.
The hackathon was conducted successfully and helped the LTIMindtree team to close 5 positions swiftly. All candidates who got offers, joined the LTIMindtree team.
