Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, calibration, and emergency servicing of invasive and non-invasive ventilators.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in ventilators to ensure minimum downtime.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of ventilators deployed across ICUs, NICUs, emergency departments, and other critical care areas.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per OEM guidelines and maintain service documentation and records.
• Provide onsite technical support and operational training to doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage service schedules independently while ensuring adherence to response and resolution timelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards during service activities.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts utilization.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills for ventilator systems.
• Good understanding of biomedical equipment, electronics, instrumentation, and critical care devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing service schedules independently.
   

Qualification:

• Diploma with 5 years /B.Tech with 2 years of experience in  Bio-Medical, Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation/ Electrical
• 5 to 7 year Preventive maintenance, and emergency service of a wide range of invasive and non-invasive ventilators.
