Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, curious intern to support tech-driven automation, AI integration, and workflow optimization across the business. You’ll get to build tools, run data analysis, and work hands-on with our D2C tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Automation&Tools:

•  Identify repetitive tasks and build no-code/low-code or AI-based automations
•  Use tools like Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, or Python to streamline internal processes

 2. GenAI Applications:

• Prototype AI-powered solutions (ChatGPT API, custom GPTs) for internal documentation, customer support, or creative automation
• Build prompt flows and test GenAI tools for real business use

3. Data Handling&Analysis:

• Support data collection, cleaning, and dashboarding
• Use tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Airtable for reporting and insights

4. D2C Tech Stack Support:

• Help manage and improve Shopify workflows, app integrations, and customer journeys
• Assist in analytics setup, personalization tools, and marketing tech coordination

5. Documentation&Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Maintain clear documentation of automations and tools
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Tech teams to
  understand needs and deploy solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• A student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar
• Curious, tech-savvy, and a strong problem-solver
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, scripting (e.g., Python/JavaScript), APIs, and no-code tools
• Familiarity with GenAI platforms and prompt engineering basics
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, SQL, Zapier
