Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead located in Gurugram. The Technical Lead will be responsible for managing technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing technical solutions. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and managing technical resources to achieve project goals.
Qualifications & Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of programming languages PHP, LARAVEL, NODE, REACT
- Experience with web development, databases (MYSQL), and APIs
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Expertise in software development methodologies and SDLC
- Team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Experience with cloud-based technologies is a plus
- Project management certification is a plus
