Role Overview

We are looking for a Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the CAROSS Detailing Studio in Faridabad. The role involves customer handling, sales, lead follow-up, team coordination, and ensuring smooth studio operations.

The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, comfortable with sales targets, and able to manage the studio team and daily activities efficiently. This is a customer-facing and target-oriented role with an opportunity to earn additional incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the detailing studio.
• Handle customers, understand their requirements, and explain suitable CAROSS services.
• Drive sales and revenue for the studio and achieve monthly targets.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, follow-ups, referrals, and other sources.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with the detailing/service team to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Manage the studio team and allocate daily work/responsibilities.
• Ensure proper customer communication before, during, and after the service.
• Maintain records of bookings, sales, customer details, payments, and daily performance.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Ensure the studio maintains proper cleanliness, discipline, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and basic studio requirements and coordinate for timely replenishment.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, leads, bookings, conversions, and studio performance.
• Work closely with the management team to improve sales and customer experience.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Studio/Store/Branch/Showroom Management, Sales, Operations, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a team and daily operations.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales incentives.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates from automobile, car detailing, automotive sales, showroom, retail, premium services, hospitality, or similar customer-facing businesses will be preferred.
