Technical Skills requirements:

• Automation Tools: Selenium /Cypress, Squish, TestNG, Maven/Gradle
• Programming Languages: Java Script, Core Java or Python
• Operating Systems: Linux and basic understanding of Windows.
• Test Management Software: QA Complete, HPALM, IBM Jazz RQM/Doors, Jira or any similar tool
• Build Tools: Jenkins/Gitlab

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience working in the software testing field
• At least 5+ years of hands-on testing experience, including troubleshooting expertise.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Drive and own SRS requirements and traceability through Design, Development and Test through a product driven approach
• Under minimum or no supervision carries out procedures and tests to ensure that application under test meets standards of the end-users.
• Test environment setup, Create test cases and Test execution.
• Review requirements and test cases.
• Demonstrate leadership in developing and delivering test plans
• Develop innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of testing
• Experience in working on the product lifecycle
• Experience working with Agile Scrum team.
• Extensive knowledge of any test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Squish, Cypress or Robot.
• Drive the use of automation and related tools to increase reliability, repeatability, quality, and time to market
• Evaluate the existing manual regression suite to translate manual test cases to automation tests
• Design and build automation test frameworks
• Work with manual testers, developers and SMEs to understand the business domain, and the system functionality
• Utilize the approved test automation frameworks to develop automation in a fast-paced agile environment
• Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA)
• Experience in working across Linux & Windows-based development
• Proactive team player and Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge on Device automation in medical domain will be added advantage
