About the Role

Morhav Organics is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Associate – Sales & Marketing to drive sales growth across General Trade and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering) channels. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, field sales, market development, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to HoReCa outlets.
• Introduce and promote company products to retailers and potential business customers.
• Generate new orders and follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and HoReCa clients.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional stalls, and events to drive B2C sales.
• Support online sales and customer queries through WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms when required.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, lead records, and follow-up updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Interest in field sales, direct sales, and business development.
• Customer relationship management and lead generation.
• Willingness to travel for daily market visits in South Delhi.
• Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
