We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Associate to join our Talent Acquisition
Team and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. If you have a

Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Recruitment: Handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating
interviews.
● Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,
communities, and referrals.
● Candidate Screening: Assess resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate skills
for job fit.
● Coordination & Scheduling: Manage interview schedules between candidates and
hiring teams.
● Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
(Applicant Tracking System).
● Employer Branding: Support talent marketing initiatives to attract the best candidates.
● Campus & Hackathon Hiring: Assist in hiring through campus drives, case study
competitions, and innovation challenges.
● Offer & Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

What We’re Looking For
● 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment/talent acquisition (Freshers with strong
communication skills are welcome!).
● Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring
trends.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and
stakeholders.
● Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet hiring deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and job portals.
● Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn modern recruitment strategies.
