We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager Intern. He will work closely with the Program Management Team to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects including Hackathon, Squad Programs, Bootcamps, Academic Outreach Programs and community engagement campaigns. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, operations, and team collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Hackathons, Squad Programs, Bootcamps, Academic outreach Workshops and community engagement campaigns
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and team members
• Identify and reach out to target audiences as per project requirements, including students, working professionals, and startups
• Formulate outreach plans to effectively engage with the identified audiences via email, social media platforms and community events
• Establish partnerships and collaborations with communities, startups, colleges, and professionals to encourage their participation
• Management & creation of active engagement on WUE Community on Discord with proper planning and execution of internal community events
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Analysing data and user feedback (project results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future project strategies.
• Should be a good communicator, collaborator and team player
