We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is laser-focused on results. You’ll be the architect and executor of performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon, with full accountability for growth metrics. • Full-Funnel Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and optimize high-ROI campaigns across paid social, search, and marketplaces.
• Media Strategy & Spend Management: Own budgets and pacing, ensuring optimal allocation to hit KPIs.
• Creative Testing: Partner with creative teams to test hooks, messaging, and formats—driving learnings that sharpen results.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance daily, diagnose dips, and pivot fast. Regularly produce insights-driven reports.
• Growth Strategy: Identify new channels, audience opportunities, and tactics to fuel sustainable growth.
