About the Role

As an Operations Associate – Business Development, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking financial assistance for medical treatments. You will be responsible for converting leads, guiding campaign creators through onboarding, and helping them launch successful medical crowdfunding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Pitching: Connect with prospective campaign creators over calls, explain ImpactGuru's platform and convert warm leads into active fundraisers.
• Customer Consultation: Understand patients' financial requirements, address objections empathetically, and clearly explain fee and verification processes.
• Verification & Onboarding: Assist families with submitting medical estimates and identity documents for campaign creation.
• Target Achievement: Achieve daily calling targets, talk-time requirements, and monthly campaign creation goals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development (preferred).
• Fluency in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and the ability to handle customers politely.
• Basic phone sales and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented mindset and basic CRM knowledge.
