Job Description:

We are looking for a NetSuite Project Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of our client’s NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex ERP projects, with a specific focus on NetSuite. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage NetSuite ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration and deployment of NetSuite solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of NetSuite by end-users.
• Manage project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in NetSuite ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, capabilities, and integration processes.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred (not imp).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

• Should have H1 B1 Visa.
• Should be willing to work in USA for a month.
