About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling and be capable of creating engaging motion graphics, animated videos, social media creatives, and promotional content. Fresh graduates with an impressive portfolio/showreel are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Design engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
• Edit videos, add transitions, visual effects, typography, and sound effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Develop storyboards and animation concepts based on creative briefs.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.

Desired Software / Skill Set

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI) is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Portfolio or Showreel is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Certification from Arena Animation, MAAC, Frameboxx, or similar institutes is a plus.
