Required Skills:

• Prior experience in application development, with at least 5 years of professional focus on Microsoft Power Apps , Power Automate and Power BI.
• 1-2 years of in development Experience with AI Builder and Copilot Studio, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience in implementing and extending Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities to enhance user productivity and create generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience in building custom connectors and actions to integrate M365 tools with external APIs and data sources.
• Experience in automating business processes and streamlining operations using Power Automate and other M365 tools.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•  Familiarity with custom connectors and APIs for integrating external data sources into Power Apps.
• Knowledge of best practices for app performance optimization and security within the Power Apps platform.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Automate).
• Background in integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or other programming languages for advanced customizations.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles to enhance application usability.
• Understanding of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, HTML, SQL) and relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fields in Engineering.
