Job Description
Primary Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Compensation, Benefits and Oracle Learning Cloud
Secondary Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications, BIP Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fellfields, Configurations, Fast Formulas.
1. Experience on end to end Oracle Compensation, Benefits and OLC implementation
2. Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.
3. Knowledge on HCM extracts, Fusion Flexfields customization.
4. Solid expertise in SQL specially on Reports.
5. Hands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.
6. Experience on integration of Recruitment module with external sourcing sites
7. Analyze requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.
8. Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.
