Job Description
Job Title- Talent Acquisition specialist
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Job Location: Noida
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies.
Utilize various channels for sourcing, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT recruitment, focusing on mid to senior-level positions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must have skills-
