Required Skills:

• Prior experience in application development, with at least 5 years of professional focus on Microsoft Power Apps , Power Automate and Power BI.
• 1 to 3 years of experience on technical development preferably on Python and exposure to any intelligent automation tool like Blue Prism, UI Path, Power Automate
• Experience in the end-to-end development of business processes using RPA tools.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle RPA concepts
• Ability to debug technical issues in Blue Prism and Python.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with custom connectors and APIs for integrating external data sources into Power Apps.

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: UiPath Certification, Power Automate certification).
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, particularly using Python and Agentic/Generative AI
• Experience in providing training and support to end-users who interact with AI/ML models or automated systems; address queries and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Experience in Identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation using technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent process automation (IPA); create and maintain automation workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fields in Engineering.
