We are looking for  a dedicated and talented HR Intern to join our team at Where U Elevate. The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work on the WUE team recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Write and post technical job descriptions and source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Linkedin, and other social media platforms
• Get involved in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Collaborate, Coordinate and plan the training programs and workshops with the WUE team to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Administer and track employee recognition and engagement programs.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Should be a good communicator, collaborator and team player.
