Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and optimized Ethereum smart contracts.
• Lead technical design sessions, ensuring the solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate smart contracts with web applications and other systems.
• Ensure the security of all smart contracts through rigorous testing, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Stay updated with the latest Ethereum, Solidity, and blockchain technologies advancements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.
• Engage with the Ethereum community, sharing knowledge, participating in discussions, and contributing to open-source projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing smart contracts on the Ethereum platform.
• Proficient in Solidity and familiar with Ethereum's ERC standards.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum's gas model, tokenomics, and decentralized application design.
• Experience with Ethereum tools such as Truffle, Remix, Hardhat, and Metamask.
• Strong understanding of blockchain security practices and potential vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with decentralized oracles, decentralized finance (DeFi), and other Ethereum-based protocols.
• Experience with version control tools, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other blockchain platforms and smart contract languages.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions or Ethereum scalability solutions.
• Contributions to Ethereum community discussions, EIPs, or notable open-source projects.
