Location: Noida (Work from Office - 6 days working)

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (₹3 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Performance-Based Variable)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable automotive protection solutions, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAROSS services.
• Educate customers about Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coating, Graphene Coating, Car Detailing, and other premium automotive solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Schedule customer appointments and showroom visits.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs)
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience may also apply.
