Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Leading cross-functional transformation programs – defining opportunities, evaluating data, requirements, designing and implementing end-to-end optimal and sustainable solutions
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to track project requirements, deliverables, deadlines, schedules and timelines.
• Efficient in budget estimation, resource allocation and project planning.
• Scheduling and hosting Global Sponsor, Steering Committee, Governance, Business, Finance, Cross-Functional, Daily Stand-ups and Retrospective Meetings. 
• Must have experience of working with Global Banks
• Running large implementations and can clearly communicate the key activities required to anchor the transformation.
• Should have experience in identifying root cause analysis, impact analysis, gap analysis, requirements reengineering and define problem and solution statements.
• Building stakeholder analysis, plan and facilitate workshops and build communication plans – ensuring all stakeholders are informed and understands the on-going transformation and new way of working.
• Working and communicating with Business Leadership teams, and can present and clearly communicate the project progress, status, deliverables, and next steps.
• Identify and present the business value the project generates to the Business stakeholders.
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence in Agile/SCRUM Framework.
• Expertise in Senior and Global Stakeholder Engagement and Management
