ROLE SUMMARY

Support social media content creation, video editing, customer engagement, online sales and digital marketing operations for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook/Meta using iPhone, AI and manual methods.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA Marketing / BBA / Mass Communication / Digital Marketing / equivalent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Social Media & Video Content

• Create 14–25 short-form videos/reels per week for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Create 2–4 longer YouTube videos per month, as required.
• Record product, talking-head, educational, promotional and behind-the-scenes content using iPhone.
• Edit using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
• Use AI/manual methods for ideas, scripts, captions, editing, voiceovers and creatives.
• Post content with appropriate captions, hashtags and CTAs.
• Track basic views, reach and engagement.

2. UGC & Influencer Content

• Create and coordinate UGC (User Generated Content).
• Coordinate with influencers/content creators on briefs, products, content and timelines.

3. Customer Engagement & Online Sales

• Make customer follow-up calls to encourage purchases, repeat orders and abandoned-cart completion.
• Use GoKwik Engage for customer engagement and conversions. Training will be provided.
• Support online sales and customer queries as required.

4. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with outsourced web developers, graphic designers, performance marketers and influencers.
• Follow up on assignments, timelines and deliverables.

5. Exhibitions & Order Operations

• Attend exhibitions and events to capture photos and video clips for social media content.
• Create short-form videos, reels and behind-the-scenes content from exhibitions and brand activities.
• Capture product displays, customer interactions and event highlights for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Support the team in documenting order packing and dispatch processes through photos/videos for content creation.
• Coordinate with the team to collect relevant content for promotional and digital marketing activities.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain content, customer follow-up and vendor-work trackers.
• Provide regular updates to the supervisor.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in social media, digital marketing and video creation
• Basic video editing; CapCut/Canva preferred
• Willingness to learn AI and new digital tools
• Comfortable with customer telecalling
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets preferred
