As an Academia Outreach Intern, you will work closely with the WUE team to build relationships with colleges, engage student communities, and drive participation in our  workshops, hackathons, technical programs and career development initiatives.

This role is ideal for students who are interested in partnerships development, community building and students engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Institution Partnership Development
  • Identify universities, colleges, and student communities PAN India.
  • Connect with faculty members, training & placement teams, department coordinators, and student representatives.
  • Build relationships with academic stakeholders for WUE initiatives.
  • Support college partnership discussions and coordination.
• Program Outreach & Promotion
  • Promote WUE programs, workshops, hackathons, bootcamps, and student initiatives.
  • Coordinate online/offline awareness sessions with colleges.
  • Present program details to student groups and communities.
  • Drive registrations and participation for WUE initiatives.
• Student Community Engagement
  • Build and manage student communities on campus.
  • Create awareness campaigns through student networks.
  • Encourage participation in hackathons, technical sessions, assessments, and career programs.
• Market Research & Data Collection
  • Research colleges, departments, and student communities.
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Growth Support
  • Track outreach activities and maintain reports.
  • Share feedback from students and institutions.
  • Support WUE's expansion across campuses.
