We are hiring a proactive and dynamic Academia Growth & Outreach Intern to join our Partnership Team to drive partnerships, collaborations, and student engagement initiatives with academic institutions. The role involves working closely with colleges, universities, faculty, and student communities to expand the organization’s reach, enhance brand presence, and create impactful academic collaborations. Exceptional interns will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of up to ₹6 LPA after successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with academic institutions, faculty members, and student organizations.
• Program Outreach: Outreach Where U Elevate programs, workshops, and initiatives to universities and colleges through presentations, webinars, and events.
• Student Engagement: Design and implement engagement strategies (seminars, bootcamps, competitions, info sessions) to increase student participation.
• Collaboration Management: Coordinate academic MoUs, partnerships, and joint initiatives with colleges/universities.
• Market Research: Track trends in the education sector and analyze opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Operations & Execution: Support end-to-end planning and execution of academic events, partnerships, and on-campus activities.
• Reporting: Maintain data, track progress, and prepare regular reports on outreach, partnership status, and growth metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing (2026 batch Passout) or recently completed UG or PG (any discipline; preference for business, marketing, communications, or related fields).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Academia, partnerships, and student community building.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Prior experience in student leadership roles, community management, or event organization is a plus.
