Job Description: Social Media Marketing Intern

Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Social Media Calendar: Help in developing and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic posting across all platforms.

Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on social media engagement and growth.

Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, industry news, and emerging platforms, making recommendations to enhance our social media strategy.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

Location: Candidates must be in Pune to be eligible for this internship.

Passion for Social Media: A strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing is essential.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for content creation.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with the online community effectively.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all social media activities.

Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stipend: The Social Media Intern will receive a monthly stipend in the range of 8,000 to 10,000 INR, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Performance-Based PPO: For outstanding performance during the internship period, there is an opportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to be extended to the candidate after 3 months. The PPO will be based on the intern's contributions, dedication, and alignment with the organization's values.
