Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Apprentice who has a passion for the beverage manufacturing industry and a strong foundation in both engineering principles and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as AutoCAD. This position will offer hands-on experience in the mechanical and electrical maintenance, installation, and repair of machinery used in the production of beverages. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical and civil systems in the beverage production lines.
• Support the engineering team in designing and modifying equipment layouts and machinery using AutoCAD.
• Perform data analysis and create reports using MS Excel to track maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
• Prepare and present findings and project updates using PowerPoint and Word documents.
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to understand the manufacturing process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the beverage manufacturing industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Mechanical or Electrical or civil Engineering program or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the beverage manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the beverage manufacturing process and industry standards.
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Good English-Verbal & Written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move about the manufacturing floor.
• Willingness to work in various conditions, including heat, noise, and around moving mechanical parts
