Job Summary:

The Franchise Development is responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, expanding the franchise network, and ensuring compliance with franchise standards. This role involves market research, lead generation, candidate evaluation, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify suitable locations for new franchises.
• Generate leads, screen potential franchisees, and present franchise opportunities.
• Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance with franchising regulations.
• Maintain relationships with existing franchisees and monitor their performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Proven experience in franchise development or sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of franchising regulations and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
