Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Support order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment tasks.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide general administrative support to the e-commerce team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic understanding of online retail operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
