Swipe by Nextspeed Technologies is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join its growing team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, conducting product demonstrations, managing inbound leads, and converting business opportunities into long-term customers.

As a Business Development Executive, you will interact with SMEs, understand their business challenges, showcase Swipe’s SaaS-based billing and business management solutions, and help customers adopt digital tools to simplify invoicing, inventory, payments, and operations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, fintech solutions, customer success, and startup growth, making it ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in sales and business development. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experience and contribute directly to business growth.

Hiring Process – Swipe by Nextspeed Technologies

Step 1: Registration → Candidates must register on the Where U Elevate platform to begin the application process.

Step 2: Video Submission → Applicants are required to submit a short introduction/video assessment on the Where U Elevate platform, showcasing communication skills and intent.

Step 3: Technical Round → Shortlisted candidates will participate in a technical evaluation round focused on sales aptitude, product understanding, and role-based scenarios.

Step 4: HR Interview / Final Discussion → Candidates who clear the technical round will be invited for an HR interview or final discussion to assess cultural fit, communication ability, and overall suitability.

Step 5: Offer Rollout → Selected candidates will receive the official offer letter and onboarding details from the hiring team.
