Project Description:

This project aims to integrate Machine Learning (ML/DL) into the DevOps process, providing a streamlined approach for the deployment, management, and monitoring of ML models in production environments with a focus on maintaining the accuracy and reliability of the models. MLOps covers the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation and training to model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. It involves automating tasks such as data cleaning, feature engineering, model training, testing, and deployment. MLOps also includes processes for monitoring and updating models, handling data drift, and managing model performance. It includes the use of automation and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid deployment of machine learning models. MLOps is a response to the challenges that arise when working with machine learning models in production environments. These challenges include data management, model training and tuning, version control, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. MLOps addresses these challenges by bringing together the principles of DevOps, data engineering, and machine learning.
