All team members are advised to read the complete guidelines thoroughly for the active participation in the event.
Registration
- Each team should comprise of up to maximum of 4 Participants including the team leader.
- Teams may have one faculty mentor from their parent institute.
- Participants of one team cannot be associated with more than one team. Any such attempt will lead to disqualification of the teams.
- Teams will not be allowed to add or delete any new participants in the team
- after the registration.
- Participating team is required to select most appropriate problem statement(s) out of the given themes and prepare structured idea document(s) for presentation and submission.
- Teams are also encouraged to think out-of-the-box and provide creative solutions to themes.

- Eligibility criteria and details shall be verified by the registration team before allotment of a Team ID.
- Team ID will be mailed to the Team Leader by April 13, 2023. Further correspondence will be done as per the Team ID.
- All the team members should be available during 14th - 18th April, 2023 for the evaluation purpose.
- Team members should be ready with their Zoom and Google Meet platform.
Evaluation
- If there is a tie between two or more teams, the final decision of the winner will be decided by the panel as per the performance.
- The evaluation will be conducted by panel of Judges and the judgment will be solely based on the evaluation rubrics.
- Evaluation criteria will include novelty of idea, complexity, clarity and details in prescribed format, feasibility, practicability, sustainability, scale of impact, user experience, potential for future work progression etc.
- It is strongly recommended that the teams must focus on submission of quality solutions with well thought approach to stated problem(s).
Stage I (Online Mode)
The Idea document PPT for a team must be in 5 slides.
- The first slide will include –Team number, Name of team Leader, name of team members and Institution Name/Affiliation.
- The second and third slide will include – Problem Statement, Description of Your Idea, Solution, Prototype, and Description of the Technology.
- The fourth slide will include – Description of Your Use Cases/Applicability.
- Any other information related to proposed solution. In the 5th slide.
Stage II (Online Mode)
For progressive assessment on April 15, 2023, shortlisted team will demonstrate the project work along with their modified PPT which includes the idea document PPT shown on Stage I.
- It is mandatory for all the participants to be formally dressed and keep their cameras switched ON during the evaluation process. Suitable action may be taken by the evaluation teams in case the teams do not connect properly or found using any unfair means.
- Only the registered teams will be allowed to present the mentioned problem statements to the panel of judges.
- The mentors may attend the evaluation, but only the participants are allowed for presenting the work.
- The presentation will be recorded for institute record purpose.
- E-certificate will be provided to all participants of Stage I and Stage II evaluations.
- Faculty mentors shall be felicitated with certificate of appreciation.
- The time of evaluation shall be between 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. on each day of evaluation of Stage I and Stage II. The final timings shall be informed through email on a daily basis.
- The decision of judges will be final and binding on all teams.
- Short listing of the teams on April 15, 2023 shall proceed to the finale on April 18, 2023.
- Shortlisted teams shall be informed by 8:00 p.m. on April 15, 2023. Teams who do not receive their short list information may consider themselves as eliminated for finale.
